01What does BLM Trade Analysis Tool actually do?
It connects to Deriv's public WebSocket tick stream and computes live statistics for every volatility index: Even/Odd split, Over/Under against your barrier, Matches/Differs per digit, digit distribution, Rise/Fall, streaks and signal accuracy scoring. It reads the market for you — it never places a trade unless you explicitly enable live execution in the Strategy Runner with your own Deriv account.
02Which markets are supported?
All Deriv volatility indices: V10, V25, V50, V75, V100 and the 1-second variants (V10 1s, V25 1s, V50 1s, V75 1s, V100 1s). The multi-market overview ranks all ten at once so you can spot the strongest current bias.
03Is this a guaranteed winning signal service?
No. Digits on synthetic indices are independent random draws. BLM measures how lopsided the current sample is, which is useful for timing and discipline, but no statistic can predict the next tick. Anyone promising guaranteed wins on these markets is misleading you.
04How do I pay, and how fast is activation?
Choose a plan on the Pricing page and pay with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa or bank transfer to +255752642148. Upload the transaction screenshot as proof, and an admin verifies and activates your plan manually — usually within a few hours during support hours.
05How do I know how long my subscription lasts?
Once approved, the header shows a days-left chip and the dashboard shows your exact expiry date. In the final three days the counter turns red and a renewal prompt appears, so you are never cut off without warning.
06Does the Strategy Runner trade with real money?
By default it runs in paper mode with simulated settlement. If you connect a Deriv API token, it can place real contracts on your own Deriv account — you must acknowledge the risk first, and the interface always labels live versus demo mode. Start in simulation, validate the strategy, and keep stakes small.
07What happens if the Deriv connection is blocked?
Some networks and firewalls block WebSocket traffic. When that happens the header switches to 'demo feed' and a locally simulated tick stream keeps the interface usable for learning. Live execution is disabled unless a real account feed is confirmed.
08Is BLM affiliated with Deriv?
No. BLM is an independent third-party analytics tool that reads Deriv's public market data. You keep your own Deriv account, funds and credentials — we never hold your money.
09Can I get help from a real person?
